二 | 不过,地铁列车生产对工艺流程的要求很高,大块头的零部件和成型车厢在生产中的衔接、转运对这1500亩的厂房规划提出了特殊的要求。 “基地整体大致呈东西向布置,自西向东分别建设有仓储物流、备料、车体成型焊接、涂装、车辆组装、调试等厂房,北侧为车辆走行部的构架、转向架生产厂房,南侧为车辆试验线。

三 | ”主持基地设计的中铁华铁工程设计集团项目负责人介绍,在设计过程中,项目团队针对每个厂房不同的生产功能,考虑远近结合,设计了现代化、智能化、柔性化的轨道车辆制造产业基地,使整个占地面积得到最优化的使用;采用机器人大量替代车辆生产中喷涂、焊接、大件搬运等不良条件下的人工作业,保护了工人的职业健康。此外,在设计中,项目应用了绿色建筑设计技术,利用可再生能源提供电力,实现节能环保的设计目标。

四 | 乘车从生产区转一圈,物流中心、备料车间、车体车间、涂装车间、转向架车间、构架车间、组装车间、调试车间等衔接有序。

五 | 对于行外人来说,也很容易在参观这些车间生产后对一列地铁从无到有、从“毛坯”到“精装”的过程一目了然。 提供定制化服务 “基地2020年投用以来,已累计下线17种车型、交付近700辆列车。这些车辆都是在北京研发,在河北制造。

六 | ”河北京车技术中心工艺技术部部长张晓杰告诉记者,该基地拥有目前国内最先进的数字化智能生产线,可以向用户提供时速200公里及以下不同速度等级、不同车体材质、不同牵引方式的系列化城市轨道交通车辆产品和定制化服务。 据介绍,“北京研发、河北制造”的产业发展模式让河北京车智能制造基地打开了生产新格局。目前,河北京车智能制造基地以轨道交通车辆制造为龙头,涵盖地铁车、市域动车组、磁浮车、轻轨车等多个品种,只要市场有需求,这里的智能生产线就能快速生产。如该基地为北京地铁11号线提供的现代智能列车曾直接服务了2022年北京冬奥会,列车在设计中融入了浓浓的冬季冰雪元素,被誉为“雪国列车”。 今年,河北京车制造的北京地铁3号线、12号线等列车都将上线开跑。

七 | 除了为“轨道上的京津冀”服务,该基地生产的列车还走出京津冀,走向全国市场。2021年4月,该基地为浙江绍兴城市轨道交通1号线电动客车项目生产的首列列车正式下线。作为该市第一条地铁线,绍兴1号线是“杭州亚运会”配套工程。 带动上下游产业集聚 投产几年来,河北京车智能制造基地至今为人津津乐道的是当年落户保定的速度:100天洽谈签约,60天办清证照,90天依法征地,400天开工量产。 落户保定,为北京“瘦身”的同时,河北京车智能制造基地不仅拉动了保定地区的就业和经济,也为培育轨道交通及其关键零部件等上下游产业发挥了巨大的推动作用。

八 | 据了解,目前,河北京车造车基地基本落成并逐步形成批量产能,员工规模近千人,其中,保定本地员工占比近50%。而基地建成以来,配套企业纷至沓来,在保定生根孵化。

九 | 在今年满城区举办的招商大会上,就有包括内装、结构生产等环节的8家车辆配件头部企业意向签约满城区轨道交通产业园。
