B | 据介绍，DAMO LiON模型作为“AI安全员”协助医生阅片，既能精准识别原发性肝癌，更擅长揪出容易被忽视的肝转移。实验结果显示，AI模型识别出恶性肿瘤的准确率高于放射科医生。

阿里肝癌AI模型两个月发现15例漏诊恶性肿瘤登上国际顶刊当医生用AI模型协助阅片，用时减少了27%，而对恶性肿瘤的敏感性更提高了11.5%，有效减少漏诊；在AI协助下，初级医生能达到资深医生水平。研究团队随后将AI模型实际部署到医院，参与日常阅片，当AI与医生初诊结论不一致时，病例会交给资深放射科医生复核，必要时升级至多学科团队（MDT）讨论。两个月内，AI共阅读1万多名患者的增强CT影像，辅助医生抓出15例原本被忽略的肝转移，推动改变了这些患者的治疗方案。据官方介绍，早在2017年，达摩院在行业内率先提出用AI识别医学影像中人眼难以察觉的细微病灶。目前已先后研发出基于平扫CT的胰腺癌筛查AI模型 DAMO PANDA、胃癌筛查AI模型DAMO GRAPE、肠癌筛查AI模型DAMO COCA等，相关成果三次登上《自然·医学》，进入国家药品监督管理局的创新通道，并获美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）“突破性医疗器械”认定。
