He believes that not many filmmakers have depicted them heroically, and that it is important to celebrate them as true heroes by making aspirational films about them, rather than presenting their stories in a grim or sorrowful manner. 在智驾技术层面，何小鹏指出，算力是智能汽车的基础，500TOPS是L2级智驾的理想标准，未来L3/L4级算力需求将持续提升。他强调，小鹏坚定走纯视觉+高算力路线，“激光雷达方案虽易研发，但纯视觉方案在大模型与算力支撑下，能实现更高的全域安全与体验上限”，并透露下个月将发布相关技术进展。

当晚小鹏全球首发的“人机共驾”功能成为焦点，小鹏自动驾驶负责人李力耘表示，该功能通过AI算法与全栈自研能力，实现驾驶员与智驾系统的无缝协作，例如通过方向盘转动幅度智能判断接管需求，数据反馈将反哺大模型优化。何小鹏以“大脑+小脑+脊椎”类比，强调人机共驾是迈向完全自动驾驶的必经阶段，未来将实现三者的深度耦合。

随着智能驾驶技术的发展，“人机共驾”模式下的事故责任认定和保险问题备受关注。

五 | 今年4月28日，小鹏汽车就曾推出智能辅助驾驶安心服务，即业内所称的“智驾险”，售价239元/年，车主在小鹏APP即可购买，最高补偿可达100 万元。据小鹏汽车销售顾问和官方客服介绍，若从开启智驾到智驾退出5秒以内出现智驾事故，可获得赔付，且赔付由小鹏汽车负责。不过值得注意的是，购买该服务的前提是车主必须先购买与小鹏合作保险公司的商业险。

事实上，自去年以来，极越、鸿蒙智行、阿维塔等车企也相继推出智驾险服务。但目前市场上的智驾险多被定位为增值服务，并非传统意义上经监管部门备案的保险产品。由于现行道路交通安全法尚未明确“人机责任”划分标准，加上车企对驾驶数据的掌控，使得事故定责存在争议，同时部分承保范围与传统车险重叠，引发了消费者对重复投保和转嫁责任的质疑。

对此，何小鹏认为，驾驶主体正从“人”向“自动驾驶系统”转换，保险公司面临精算模型重构、风险评估难度增加和费率制定困难等问题。
