中国与瑞士宣布完成自贸协定升级谈判_我的网站

A |     (ECNS) -- The Global Smart Education Conference 2026 themed “Reimagining Education in the Age of AI: Equity, Quality and Sustainability” was held in Beijing from Tuesday through Thursday, gathering representatives from over 60 countries.    Co-hosted by Beijing Normal University and the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education, the threeday event focused on building inclusive, technologydriven education systems. It featured forums covering all stages of education, from early childhood to lifelong learning.    A key highlight was the launch of the Global Smart Schools Program. This initiative aims to foster international cooperation by sharing best practices and case studies from countries including China, the Netherlands, Singapore, Canada, and Kenya. The program outlines five pillars of smart schooling, centering on AI‑driven learning experiences, digital training for teachers, and strong home‑community collaboration.    Vice Minister of Education Ren Youqun announced the nation's "AI Plus Education" action plan, which integrates digital resources across all levels of education. B |     　　讯 8月20日，瑞士联邦主席兼经济、教研部长帕姆兰在伯尔尼会见商务部部长王文涛，共同宣布完成中国—瑞士自由贸易协定升级谈判并签署谅解备忘录。王文涛表示，2024年9月，中瑞双方启动自贸协定升级谈判，在双方共同努力下，历经五轮磋商，升级谈判成功完成。

C | 双方承诺将在货物、服务、投资、规则等多个领域作出更高水平双向开放，这将为两国经贸合作创造新的机遇。瑞士是中国重要合作伙伴，对华合作始终走在前列。在当前充满不确定性的国际环境下，这也展现了双方选择确定性和支持自由贸易的鲜明态度。今年是中国“十五五”规划开局之年，也是中瑞建立创新战略伙伴关系10周年，中国商务部愿同瑞士联邦经济、教研部共同落实好两国领导人重要共识，尽快完成正式签署并实施升级协定，推动两国经贸关系提质升级，更好惠及两国企业和人民。
