一 | 本报讯 5月31日，全区电动自行车安全隐患全链条整治行动动员部署会议召开。会上，部署了全区电动自行车安全隐患全链条整治行动重点任务。　　据了解，此次整治行动围绕落实电动自行车“一件事”六个重点任务，坚持标本兼治、疏堵结合、创新驱动、齐抓共管，全面提升电动自行车生产、销售、使用、停放、充电、报废回收等各环节安全水平，有效防范遏制电动自行车安全事故，2025年底前形成全链条管理长效机制。

Dhurandhar is a spy action thriller inspired by real-life events. The story follows an undercover Indian spy who infiltrates the gang of Rehman Dakait in Lyari, Pakistan. His mission is not only to break the criminal network from within but also to provide Indian intelligence agency RAW with crucial information about the gang’s links with the ISI, aiming to curb terrorist activities. 三 | 同时要加强电动自行车停放充电场所使用管理，分类施策检查消防安全条件，满足消防救援需求。要坚决打非治违。市场监管部门要严格产品质量监管，对电动自行车、蓄电池、充电器等生产企业，逐一审查生产资质，常态化开展产品质量抽查，督促销售企业严格进货检查验收。　　会议强调，要务实工作作风，全面压实责任。各乡镇（街道）、相关部门要按照“党政同责、一岗双责、齐抓共管、失职追责”和“管行业必须管安全、管业务必须管安全、管生产经营必须管安全”的要求，逐级逐个压实监管部门、管理单位和使用人员的责任，坚决确保整治行动取得实效。
